So, today is my first Sunday in Korea, and I went to Samil Presbyterian Church in Seoul. There was a LOT of people. One of the interesting facts about Korea is the high percentage of Christians in the population (Compared to other East Asian countries). In fact, you can see various churches in most part of Seoul with their cross lit at night. The church service was a little different than the traditional service I attend in a Methodist Church back home, but it was not too difficult to get used to. Oh, the church used some movie clips from 300 to celebrate the mission trips they will be having in the coming weeks (Awkward).
I am going to look forward for my Sundays, because I will be attending church with my awesome cousin. She is currently a freshman at Korea University majoring in journalism. It was a bit of a “shock” meeting her today, because it has been a year since we last met.
