This is a little glimpse of my busy life. As it is mentioned in my little "About Me" section, I am currently a college student, and I have been working away a lot of reading and writing for four of my classes. The reading selections are quite excellent, and the writing assignments (Which are mostly response/reaction papers from the reading) are quite enjoyable to work with, because it gives a nice opportunity to reflect and criticize the reading material. Yes, I do love criticizing people's work. So, I have been in this vortex of academic consumption for the past month, and I have realized that I did not have enough time to visit my websites and leave updates here and there. Swamped with hours of reading, I just did not have the opportunity to turn on my computer, run Microsoft Word, and start writing about a topic that did not have any worth in my school grade. Writing online has always been a passion but only to the extent of a hobby, not a full time job. However, I could not let the websites go sour for long, and I needed a solution to cut my time in processing blog posts, so that I could save more time for studying. I have discovered a nice blogging program called Zoundry, and after playing with the program for a couple of minutes I found a neat, quick blog posting solution. Because Zoundry is an automatic blog posting program with various rich features, such as image posting, there is no need to log-in to the website administration panel to post contents. Zoundry uses a special protocol to communicate with the website to post blog posts and upload images with only a couple of mouse clicks. I have been pleased to learn that "Joomla!" is now able to use these blog posting programs with a few add-ons. I am now able to post articles quickly, and I think I will be able to manage my time as a college student (With real homework) and an online blogger. I really missed writing online for a while, but my limited time resource just did not allow me to fulfill my online hobby. I finally found some time during the weekend, so expect new articles on a weekly basis. As usual I do not have a set of topics in DayMindXPression, but I usually pick one that I am compassionate about. This is critical, because my writing becomes truthful and real.

Announcements
I do a lot of reading for school and for personal enjoyment. In the coming weeks, I will feature some of the books that I am currently reading as I concentrate on writing less "Internet-related" topics. |
